Yes, consecutive overnight stays can be booked. For extended absences, a Day Visit Add-On is recommended.
Do I need to be home for arrival or departure?
No. Many clients provide access instructions and are not present during arrival or departure times.
Do you stay overnight in my home with my pet?
Yes. I provide in-home overnight pet sitting in Collingwood and Blue Mountain Township so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment.
Is overnight pet sitting better than boarding?
For many pets, yes. Staying at home reduces stress, keeps routines consistent, and avoids exposure to other animals.
What does overnight pet sitting include?
Evening and morning care, feeding, walks, medication (if needed), companionship, and a morning home check before I leave.
Are you insured?
Yes. Robinson Concierge Co. is insured and provides professional, responsible in-home care.

Can you send updates while I’m away?

Overnight Care Service Window
14-Hour Overnight Coverage
Overnight care is provided during a 14-hour service period, including:
Evening arrival: 6:30 PM
Morning departure: 8:30 AM
Your pets receive attentive, continuous care throughout this overnight timeframe.
What’s Included in Overnight Care
Each overnight stay includes:
Feeding and fresh water replenishment
Bathroom breaks and dog walks (with clean-up, if applicable)
Companionship and comfort in their familiar home environment
Monitoring of health, behavior, and daily routines
Light tidying of pet areas (litter areas, cages, enclosures, feeding spaces)
Regular updates and check-ins for peace of mind
Pets remain relaxed, safe, and well cared for while maintaining their normal routines.
Pets We Care For
Overnight care is available for inside pets, including:

Small rodents and similar small household pets

Optional Day Visit Add-On (Recommended for Extended Trips)
Overnight care covers a 14-hour timeframe. During daytime hours between overnight stays, I may be attending other client responsibilities and away from the home for portions of the day.
A Day Visit Add-On is recommended for extended absences to ensure pets receive:
✔ Extra potty breaks or walks
✔ Midday feeding or medication support
✔ Additional companionship and reassurance
✔ Continued monitoring of your pet’s comfort and routine
Photo Release
I give permission for photographs of my animal(s) to be taken during each visit. Please select your preference:
☐ Private Care Updates & Business Records Only – Photos may be taken to document care and provide updates but will not be shared publicly.
☐ Updates, Business Records, and Social Media Marketing – Photos may be taken and used for private updates, records, and marketing purposes.
☐ No Photographs – I do not give permission for any photographs to be taken.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund or reschedule.
Within 48 hours of service: 50% refund, or clients may reschedule once with remaining balance applied as service credit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows: Non-refundable.
