What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund, or clients may choose to reschedule once and apply the remaining balance as a service credit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

No, as long as secure access instructions are provided in advance.
